تجزیه منابع رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید در اقتصاد ایران
هدف این مقالهتجزیة رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید با تلفیق دو الگوی داده- ستانده و برنامهریزی خطی در چارچوب تعادل عمومی و تکیه بر قیمتهای سایهای عوامل تولید به عنوان ارزشهای واقعی آنها در یک اقتصاد باز و مطالعة نحوة عملکرد آن در ایران است. برای این منظور، از جداول داده- ستاندة سالهای 1367 و 1378 بانک مرکزی جمهوری اسلامی ایران که در قالب هفت بخش تجمیع شدهاند، استفاده شده است. در این تحقیق با بهرهگیری از مدل تجزیه رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید را به سه عامل تغییرات فنی، اثرات رابطه مبادله و تغییرات کارآیی که از حل یک برنامة خطی مربوط به حداکثرسازی تقاضای نهایی داخلی بهدست میآید، تجزیه کردیم. در این خصوص، سؤال اصلی این است که از میان سه عامل ذکرشده، کدامیک عامل اصلی رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید در ایران بوده است. براساس نتایج بهدست آمده، اصلیترین عامل رشد بهرهوری کل عوامل تولید در ایران در دورة مورد مطالعه، تغییرات فنی است.

بررسی اثر تعاملی فرهنگ، ورزش، رسانه و سرمایه انسانی بر رشد اقتصادی استان های ایران: رویکرد گشتاورهای تعمیم یافته
تولید ناخالص داخلی و نرخ رشد آن از مهم­ترین شاخصهای عملکردی اقتصاد کلان است. فرهنگ و سرمایه انسانی از عواملی هستند که در مطالعات اخیر به­عنوان عوامل مؤثر و مهم بر رشد اقتصادی مورد توجه قرار گرفته­اند. فرهنگ و سرمایه انسانی توانایی شکل­دهی رشد اقتصادی پایدار را همراه با سایر نهاده­های تولید دارند. اقتصاد فرهنگ، اقتصاد ورزش و اقتصاد رسانه همپوشانی زیادی با هم دارند. این مقاله در نظر دارد، بررسی نماید آیا رشد اقتصادی از فرهنگ، ورزش و رسانه اثر می­پذیرد یا خیر. همچنین مشخص نماید، آیا این متغیر اثرگذاری بر رشد اقتصادی از کانال سرمایه انسانی را دارد یا خیر. در این مطالعه فرهنگ، ورزش و رسانه با استفاده ازارزش­افزوده و مزیت نسبی و استفاده ازمعیار RCA محاسبه شده است. تأثیر متغیرهای کلیدی مانند سرمایه و نیروی کار بر رشد اقتصادی استان­های ایران در قالب رگرسیون تلفیقی پویا (GMM) در دوره 1379-1395با توجه به داده­های منتشرشده در سال 1398 برآورد شده است. نتایج نشان می­دهد، اثر مزیت نسبی ارزش­افزوده شاخص فرهنگ، ورزش و رسانه بر رشد اقتصادی مثبت و معنی­دار است. همچنین، سرمایه انسانی می­تواند به افزایش اثرگذاری شاخص فرهنگ فرهنگ، ورزش و رسانه بر رشد اقتصادی منجر شود.

بررسی ریسک نقدینگی بانکهای خصوصی ایران
یکی از درسهای بحران مالی جهانی این است که خطر نقدینگی می تواند منجر به ورشکست شدن موسسات مالی شود. مدیریت نقدینگی یکی از بزرگترین چالشهایی است که سیستم بانـکداری بـا آن روبرو است. زمانیکه یک بانک مشاهده کند بانکهای دیگر با ریسک بیشتر، سودآوری بیشتری دارند، ممکن است این بانک نیز راهبردهای مشابهی را در پیش گیرد. این استراتژی کلی ریسک ممکن است از دیدگاه آن بانک مطلوب باشد، زیرا بانکها باید بدون افزایش احتمال ورشکستگی، سوددهی را افزایش دهند. این رفتار جمعی، ریسک بانکی را به یک ریسک کلان تبدیل میکند که در نهایت می تواند هزینه های بسیار بالایی را به اقتصاد وارد کند. در این تحقیق با توجه به برآورد اثرات مشترک آنگریست (2014) و مطالعات برگر و بومن(2009) و سیلوا (2016) به بررسی ریسک نقدینگی 13 بانک خصوصی ایران براساس داده های فصلی سال های 1385 لغایت 1395 با دو روش حداکثر درستنمایی با اطلاعات کامل و سه مرحلهای حداقل مربعات پرداخته شده است و مشخص میشود که بانکهای خصوصی گزینههای نقدینگی خود را به صورت جداگانه بهینهسازی نمی کنند و ممکن است به انتخاب بانکهای دیگر نیز توجه کنند. در حقیقت هنگامیکه بانکها بر این باور باشند که امکان دارد در شرایط مالی سختی قرار گیرند، تمایل به کار گروهی داشته و به استراتژی مشابه پر ریسک سایر بانکها میپیوندند.

ارزیابی فضایی نوسانات نرخ ارز بر مصرف کالای بادوام توسط خانوارهای شهری در استانهای ایران
هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی تأثیر متغیرهای نرخ ارز حقیقی، نرخ بهره حقیقی ، درآمد سرانه حقیقی ، نرخ بیکاری بر مصرف کالاهای بادوام در بین خانوارهای شهری در استانهای ایران در دوره 1397-1385 است. این پژوهش از پانل پویای تصادفی با کاربرد مدل گشتاورهای تعمیمیافته فضایی دوربین SGMM-DPD-SDM با کاربرد ضرایب دومرحلهای آرلانو- باور/ بوندل– باند بهمنظور برآورد مدل اقتصادسنجی استفاده خواهد کرد. همچنین برای تعیین ماتریس مجاورت از روش مجاورت و همبستگی در قالب یک ماتریس مربعی 28 در 28 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که نرخ ارز حقیقی با ضریب 735/11- بیشترین تاثیر منفی و درآمد سرانه حقیقی نیز با ضریب 102/8 بیشترین تاثیر مثبت را بر مصرف کالاهای بادوام داشته است. کمترین تاثیر را نرخ بهره حقیقی با ضریب 013/0- را داشته است و تقریبا مطابق با نتایج تجربی است، زیرا خرید کالاهای بادوام قابل مبادله خارجی مشمول دریافت تسهیلات در سیستم بانکی ایران نیست و سهم تولیدکنندگان داخلی از کالاهای بادوام قابل مبادله در بازار ایران 25 درصد است که دقیقا این موضوع تایید کننده تاثیر قوی نرخ ارز بر کاهش مصرف کالاهای بادوام است. زیرا کالاهای بادوام قابل مبادله وارداتی که دقیقا قیمت آنها با نرخ ارز رشد میکند در سال 1398 سهم 75 درصدی از بازار ایران دارند. نرخ بیکاری نیز با ضریب 101/0- دارای تاثیر منفی بر مصرف است.,.

تاثیر کارآفرینی بر رقابتپذیری اقتصادی در کشورهای عضو مجمع جهانی اقتصاد: رویکرد گشتاورهای تعمیمیافته(GMM)
عمده نگرانیهای سیاستگذاران در کشورهای توسعهیافته و درحالتوسعه رقابتپذیری ملی و چگونگی افزایش آن میباشد. هدف مطالعه­حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت فعالیت­های کارآفرینانه و رقابت­پذیری اقتصادی در کشورهای عضو مجمع جهانی اقتصاد (WEF) با استفاده از روش تخمین­زننده گشتاورهای تعمیم­یافته (GMM) است. در این مطالعه 75 کشور عضو WEF در دوره 2018-2010 و برحسب مرحله توسعه اقتصادی در سه گروه اقتصادهای منبع­محور، کارآییمحور و نوآوریمحور گروهبندی شد­ه­اند. رقابتپذیری یک کشور به عنوان متغیر وابسته توسط شاخص رقابتپذیری جهانی تعریف شده است و متغیرهای مستقل شامل دو شاخص سنجش کیفیت کارآفرینی (نوآوری و کارآفرینی با انتظار رشد بالا) است و متغیرهای کنترل مجموعه­ای از شش شاخص محیط کسبوکار و محیط اقتصاد کلان میباشد. نتایج به دست آمده بیانگر تفاوتهای مهم و همچنین برخی شباهت­ها بین کشورها است. بنابراین، برای کشورهای منبع محور، عواملی مانند نوآوری، رشد اقتصادی، نرخ تورم، نرخ مالیات و هزینه شروع کسب­وکار عوامل تعیینکنندهی رقابتپذیری هستند. درخصوص کشورهای کارآییمحور، متغیرهای نوآوری، کارآفرینی با انتظار رشد بالا، رشد اقتصادی، سرمایه­گذاری خارجی، نرخ مالیات و باز بودن تجاری، از عوامل تعیینکنندهی رقابتپذیری هستند و نهایتا برای کشورهای نوآوریمحور عوامل تعیینکنندهی رقابتپذیری عبارتند از: نوآوری، کارآفرینی با انتظار رشد بالا، رشد اقتصادی، نرخ تورم، نرخ مالیات، بازبودن تجاری و هزینههای شروع کسب­وکار. از این­رو، اقدامات سیاستی برای بهبود رقابت­پذیری در اقتصاد، با توجه به درجه توسعه­یافتگی کشورها متفاوت است.

کشش درآمد گمرکی دولت نسبت به تعرفههای قانونی
درآمد گمرکی حدود ۲۰٪ از درآمدهای مالیاتی کشور را تشکیل میدهند. آیا دولت میتواند با افزایش نرخهای تعرفهی وارداتی، درآمد گمرکیاش را بیافزاید؟ مطالعهی حاضر کشش درآمد تعرفهای دولت یا همان شیب منحنی لفر را نسبت به افزایش نرخ تعرفهی قانونی برآورد مینماید. همچنین، اجزای شیب منحنی لفر وارداتی، که شامل کشش تعرفه محققشده و کشش واردات رسمی هستند برآورد میشود. دادههای مورد استفاده از گمرکات جمهوری اسلامی ایران، کتاب مقررات صادرات و واردات، و بانک جهانی اخذ شده و بهصورت دادههای تابلویی در بین سالهای ۱۳۸۶ تا ۱۳۹۵ و به تفکیک کدکالاهای ۶رقمی نظام هماهنگ استفاده شدهاند. دادههای نهایی شامل متغیرهای ارزش واردات ریالی و دلاری، وزن، تعرفهی قانونی و تعرفهی محقق شده است. برآوردها بر اساس مدل اثرات ثابت و با خارج نمودن اثرات ثابت در سطح هر کدکالای 6 رقمی انجام شدهاست. نتایج نشان میدهد کشش درآمد دولت نسبت به افزایش نرخ تعرفهی قانونی تنها ۴۰ درصد است. مابقی (۶۰درصد)، به دلیل افزایش معافیتها و کاستهشدن از واردات رسمی کشور خنثی میشوند؛ مطابق برآوردها، تعرفه محققشده از نیمی از تغییرات قانونی تبعیت مینماید، و واردات رسمی نیز کشش ۲۰درصدی (منفی) دارد. لذا میتوان گفت که حفرههای قانونی حدود ۵۰٪ از تعرفه قانونی را و دو سازوکار گرانشدن کالای وارداتی و افزایش قاچاق، حدود ۲۰درصد از تعرفه قانونی را خنثی مینمایند. سیاستگذاران محترم در حوزهی تعرفهگذاری لازم است به از بین بردن حفرههای مالیاتی توجه بیشتری نمایند. همچنین، لازم است لحاظ گردد که هر افزایش تعرفه قانونی منجر به سوق دادن فعالین اقتصادی به اجتناب مالیاتی (معافیتها) و فرار مالیاتی (قاچاق) میشود که آثاری فراتر از کاهش درآمد مالیاتی دولت بر اقتصاد خواهد گذارد.
