The fundamental question is whether financial development can strengthen/weaken the impact of human capital on economic growth? Model estimation is performed in two steps. First, the effect of human capital on economic growth has been estimated using the rolling regression method. In the second step, the human capital coefficients extracted from the rolling regression of the first step, have been regressed on the multidimensional index of financial development in two separate groups of developing and developed countries, using a panel data model. This multidimensional index is calculated as a weighted average of seven financial development indices using the principal component analysis method. The findings show that the increase in human capital mostly increases the economic growth, and besides that, the increase in financial development, strengthens the impact of human capital on economic growth. This strengthening is more in developing countries than in developed countries. These findings imply that achieving higher growth rates, especially in developing countries, depends on the optimal combination of sufficiently high levels of human capital and financial development.Keywords: Rolling regression, Financial development, Human capital, Economic growth, Panel data}, keywords = {Rolling Regression,Financial Development,human capital,Economic Growth,panel data}, title_fa = {توسعۀ مالی و رابطۀ «سرمایۀ انسانی-رشد اقتصادی»: تحلیل مقایسه ‏ای کشورهای در حال توسعه و توسعه‏ یافته}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش به بررسی اثرگذاری «توسعۀ مالی» بر رابطۀ «سرمایۀ انسانی و رشد اقتصادی» در منتخبی از کشورهای در حال توسعه و توسعه‌ یافته طی سال‌های 1980 تا 2016 می‌پردازد. پرسش اساسی این است که آیا توسعۀ مالی می تواند اثرگذاری سرمایۀ انسانی بر رشد اقتصادی را تضعیف/تقویت کند؟ بدین منظور، برآورد مدل در دو مرحله انجام شده است. در مرحلۀ نخست، با استفاده از روش رگرسیون غلتان، اثر سرمایۀ انسانی بر رشد اقتصادی برآورد شده است. در مرحلۀ دوم، با استفاده از رهیافت داده‌ های پانل، ضرایب سرمایۀ انسانی استخراج شده از رگرسیون غلتان، در دو گروه مجزا از کشورهای در حال توسعه و توسعه‌ یافته، بر روی شاخص چندبعدی توسعۀ مالی دو گروه کشورهای در حال توسعه و توسعه یافته برازش شده است. این شاخص چندبعدی، به‌ صورت میانگین وزنی هفت شاخص توسعۀ مالی با روش تحلیل مؤلفه‌ های اصلی محاسبه می ‌شود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که افزایش سرمایۀ انسانی غالباً سبب تقویت رشد اقتصادی می‌شود و علاوه بر آن، با افزایش توسعۀ مالی اثرگذاری سرمایۀ انسانی بر رشد اقتصادی نیز افزایش می‌یابد؛ که این افزایش در کشورهای در حال توسعه بیشتر از کشورهای توسعه ‌یافته است. این یافته ‌ها دلالت بر آن دارند که دستیابی به نرخ‌ های رشد بالاتر (به‌ ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه) در گرو ترکیب بهینه سطوح به اندازۀ کافی بالایی از سرمایۀ انسانی و توسعۀ مالی است.}, keywords_fa = {رگرسیون غلتان,توسعه مالی,سرمایه انسانی,رشد اقتصادی,داده های پانل .C50,C33,O40,J24,G20 :JEL طبقه بندی}, url = {https://jnet.ihcs.ac.ir/article_8644.html}, eprint = {https://jnet.ihcs.ac.ir/article_8644_d65a6b79de61ce5e9f9026213534ceb2.pdf} }
